    We understand that periodic invoices will be raised in respect of each vehicle. The frequency of these invoices will be at the end of each week.
    We agree to your terms and conditions below.    

    Accounts:

    Account customers will be invoiced weekly. Payment is required 14 days following the invoice.

    Best Practice:

    We endeavour to provide the highest standards of safety and service. Each vehicle is maintained in strict accordance with Public Carriage Office regulations and manufacturer's recommendations. Each Chauffeur complies with the laws and regulations as laid down by the Metropolitan Police (or corresponding authority), The Ministry of Transport and the DVLA.

    Parking and other Laws:

    We reserve the right to refuse to wait in un designated areas or where a fine could be imposed. In circumstances where the chauffeur is requested to wait in one of these areas, then the hirer of the vehicle will be completely responsible for any parking fines incurred. All our chauffeurs abide by the current laws and regulations governing speed restrictions and will not break these. Under very exceptional circumstances where it may be required to travel faster than the speed restriction in place, this will done at the discretion of the chauffeur and any fines and expenses incurred will the sole responsibility of the hirer.
    In accordance with the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998 Journeys in private hire vehicles must always be booked with a licensed operator Any individual or company accepting bookings is required to be licensed as a private hire vehicle (PHV) operator

    Passenger's Responsibilities:

    Our Insurers will not cover injury caused by passenger's irresponsibility such as not wearing a seat belt or opening doors before the vehicle has come to a halt. Under no circumstances will the vehicle carry more passengers than the insurance for that vehicle allows for. Should any passenger cause damage to a vehicle we will pass on the full costs of repair and loss of work for the time the vehicle was off the road caused by the passenger's actions. In the event of sickness in the vehicle, the cost of a valet and time lost will be a minimum of £150.00.

    Items Left in Car:

    Our Chauffeurs will check for any items left by their passengers. Any items left by a passenger and missed by our driver will be returned to the location of your choice however we will charge half our published rate for doing so.

    Complaints/refund procedure:

    In the unlikely event that you should have cause for complaint, any issues must be made in writing within 7 days. Our investigations will establish its validity and if necessary independent assessment will be made. If it is found that we have been at fault in not supplying the service that you have asked us to provide, then a refund may be applicable (non-refundable deposits excepted). All refunds will be made on an individual basis and any refund will be made appropriate to the nature of the complaint

    Executive Vehicles:

    On occasions it may suit us to provide a car in a higher class than the one you ordered. That being the case we will try to call beforehand to gain your agreement. There of course will be no additional charge.

    Cancellations:

    An advanced booking which is cancelled giving more than 3 hours notice prior to the vehicle being despatched, no charge. Between 3 hours and despatch time, the greater of 50% of the journey or £12 will be charged. At dispatch time, the full journey charge will become due.
